## Meet the Founder

Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, **Samuel Caruso** has always loved building things, whether that meant physical projects, systems, or growth strategies.

He earned his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Michigan and later completed a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Technology, blending strategic thinking with modern digital tools.

Samuel founded DaytonGrowthCo. to build phone agents, quote tools, dashboards, portals, sales materials, and custom apps for small businesses. **The work starts with the process, then becomes a tool the team can use.** By building with AI, we deliver that custom work for a fraction of the usual cost, so the businesses that need it most can finally afford it.

## Why DaytonGrowthCo.

The name DaytonGrowthCo. honors those roots without defining our reach. Dayton is the birthplace of aviation, where the Wright brothers turned a bold idea into something that changed how the world moves. To us, that spirit represents growth: practical invention, steady experimentation, and the courage to build what comes next. We bring that Dayton mindset to small and midsized businesses across the United States.
