Samuel Caruso, Founder

Meet the Founder

Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Samuel Caruso has always loved building things, whether that meant physical projects, systems, or growth strategies.

He earned his undergraduate degree in History from the University of Michigan and later completed a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Technology, blending strategic thinking with modern digital tools.

Samuel founded DaytonGrowthCo. to build phone agents, quote tools, dashboards, portals, sales materials, and custom apps for small businesses. The work starts with the process, then becomes a tool the team can use.
